This 5 weeks' workshop aims at giving you some keys to:
• Re-establish your authority while building trust
• Identify and enforce non-negotiable rules
• Use rewards and incentives that work
• Communicate and problem-solve effectively
• Restore positive feeling in your relationship
• Support your teenager on his/her way to become a stable young adult.
The workshop will run, as a clinic, over 5 weeks (a session every week) to allow you time to put things into place and come back to discuss them with the group.
The training is aimed at parents experiencing some difficulties in their relationships with their teenagers and wanting to understand why and how to support him/her better.
Whenever possible I would advise you to attend my training on "The undeniable facts of teenage development" before as it will explain the developmental stage your teenager is at and will help you to understand why shifting the family dynamic can help.
